Paint blending and dilution issues:
3.1 Diluent selection error:
Quick drying diluents can accelerate solvent evaporation at high temperatures, especially in humid environments
When it is below 50%, it is more likely to cause dry spraying. Suggest choosing slow drying diluents or additives based on the environment
Add 5-10% anti whitening water.
3.2 Excessive viscosity of paint:
Not diluted according to standard ratios (such as high solid content coatings), resulting in high viscosity of the coating and a decrease in the ductility of low atomization particles can lead to poor atomization, resulting in a granular feel after spraying.
3.3 Improper use of quick drying paint:
The drying characteristics of the coating itself are too fast, which can cause problems when used in environments with high temperature and low humidity
