1 Phenomenon
After electrophoretic coating, the tank solution attached to the wet coating film is not cleaned thoroughly, and after drying, the surface of the coating film produces spots, which are called dry paint marks or paint marks.
2 Causes
1) The time between the coated material leaving the tank and the cleaning area is too long.
2) Poor cleaning after electrophoresis.
3) The temperature of the tank solution is too high, and the humidity of the coating environment is low.
3 Prevention and Control
1) Strengthen the "0" cleaning on the tank, and the paint soaking time until the circulating UF solution is washed should not exceed1 minute.
2) Check if the nozzle is blocked or improperly arranged, and increase the flushing water volume appropriately.
3) Reduce the temperature of the tank solution appropriately and increase the environmental humidity.
