The ultrafiltration device must have a large enough liquid output; otherwise, the entire process of washing water will be unable to obtain enough ultrafiltrate. The ultrafiltrate quantity used is usually 1.2L/m2 (area of the coating line passing through the workpiece). If less than 70% of the design value of ultrafiltration solution is output, ultrafiltration equipment needs to be washed.
