Feeding sequence and maturation of the tank

1. Feeding sequence: first inject about 1/3 pure water into the tank, start the low level circulation, then inject lotion and color paste, replenish the pure water, add adjustment agents later depending on the situation;
2. After preparing the slot, it should be matured according to the product requirements. The purpose of maturation is:
a. Mix the paint thoroughly;
b. Let some organic solvents evaporate and reduce the content of organic solvents;
3. Maturity method:
a. Stir at a constant temperature (around 30 ℃) for 48 hours;
b. Discharge ultrafiltration solution to accelerate the reduction of solvent content. The amount of ultrafiltration solution discharge can be calculated or based on empirical values.
